All in all everything was perfect, had a fairly nice stay for the next vacation. The room was large and nice styled, and it had a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area that were useful. Appreciated the restaurant with the staff and the restaurant.

The breakfast with many options was served in the restaurant.

The staff was exceptional and pleasant. I really enjoyed the room, it was large and well-designed and included with very big bathroom, comfortable bed, lovely views.

The restaurant was pretty good with the stuff and the restaurant here, I had tasty dishes. The view of Rodopa mountains it had was marvellous. The location was nice and unbeatable, for example, Lake Kleptuza was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The really comfortable area was good for celebrating birthday.

The restaurant was good with tasty food here, I had fresh dishes. The location was absolutely perfect and wonderful, not too far from Lake Kleptuza. I loved the beautiful area.

I was there before and will certainly stay here again. The place was well-maintained and restaurant was really nice. Its peaceful, secluded location was a plus.

Our recent stay at Park Hotel And Spa Vella Hills was exceptional. The spa center offered a wide range of rooms and pools, and the masseurs were excellent. The warm water and clean pools allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location on the hills above Velingrad provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. we had a perfect experience at Park Hotel And Spa Vella Hills and would highly recommend it.

The building is clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly and reliable. Plus, the Kleptuza district is definitely worth a visit!

It was adjacent to the centre as well as Velingrad on foot, best possible location overall. Had a perfectly pleasant stay for the next vacation, would definitely stop here again.
